It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Riverside ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They skirted past the Medical Lake Cardinals 13-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since May 25, 2024.

Riverside's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-9. As for Medical Lake, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Riverside will be playing in front of their home fans against Colville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
