After low-scoring totals in their previous five contests, Evangelical Christian brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They were the clear victor by a 17-2 margin over the First Assembly Christian Crusaders on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Evangelical Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for First Assembly Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Evangelical Christian and First Assembly Christian will both be playing St. George's the next time they take the field. Evangelical Christian will host St. George's at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while First Assembly Christian will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
