Softball Recap: Curwensville Triumphs

Curwensville proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 18) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let the Glendale Vikings get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The Golden Tide haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Addison Siple was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple.
