Basketball Recap: Pleasanton Takes a Loss

Pleasanton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 53-23 loss at the hands of the St. Paul Indians. The Blu-Jays were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Pleasanton's loss dropped their record down to 1-12-1. As for St. Paul, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

Coming up, Pleasanton will be playing in front of their home fans against Southeast at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Southeast will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Pleasanton surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Paul, they will head out to face off against Central Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
