Volleyball Recap: Grimsley Whirlies vs. Page Pirates
Grimsley won the last time they faced Page and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Whirlies put the hurt on the Pirates with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Whirlies.
The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-8, 25-11.

Jasmine Clark was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had eight digs and two assists. Those two assists gave her a new career-high. Sam Cavanaugh also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.
Grimsley was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Page only served four aces.
Grimsley's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Page, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-2.
