Zane Trace barely beat Southeastern the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pioneers were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Panthers on Monday. The Pioneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Zane Trace's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Southeastern, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Zane Trace will take on rival Huntington at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Pioneers 3.7, the Huntsmen 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Southeastern is set to face off against their familiar foe Piketon at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
