Soccer Recap: Lighthouse Christian Comes Up Short

Lighthouse Christian was the 4-1 winner over Indy Genesis HomeSchool when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chargers fell just short of the Indy Genesis by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that Lighthouse Christian have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Jack Reitzner, who's now up to five this season.

Lighthouse Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-13-2. As for Indy Genesis HomeSchool, their win bumped their record up to 3-6-1.

Lighthouse Christian didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-1 victory against Bluegrass United on the 25th. As for Indy Genesis HomeSchool, they have also already played their next matchup, a 6-1 defeat against Gate City on the 25th.
