Basketball Game Preview: Patton Panthers vs. West Caldwell Warriors

Patton and West Caldwell are an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2017, but not for long. The Patton Panthers will be playing at home against the West Caldwell Warriors at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. Patton will be strutting in after a win while West Caldwell will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, Patton turned things around against Polk County on Tuesday. They secured a 68-63 W over the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, West Caldwell entered their contest against Watauga on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. West Caldwell received a blow as they fell 67-50 to Watauga. The game was a 25-25 toss-up at halftime, but the Warriors couldn't quite close it out.

West Caldwell's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-2. As for Patton, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7.
