Basketball Recap: Brown Comes Up Short

Brown lost against Iroquois back in January of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Brown Bears lost 55-34 to the Iroquois Raiders. The Bears just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Brown's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Iroquois, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Brown won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Heritage Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Heritage Academy has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 199 points over their last three contests. As for Iroquois, they are taking a road trip to take on Doss at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Iroquois is facing Doss at the right time seeing as Doss is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
