Basketball Recap: Greenville Comes Up Short

After soaring to 69 points the game before, Greenville was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They took a blow against the Muskegon Big Reds, falling 59-24. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Yellow Jackets have suffered since February 27, 2024.

Greenville's defeat dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Muskegon, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season.

Greenville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Muskegon, they will be taking part in a tournament against Rockford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Rockford comes in on 18 and Muskegon on four.
