Baseball Recap: Macon Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Macon faced off against Salisbury on Tuesday. The Tigers fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 5-4. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in March of 2025.

Macon's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Salisbury, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Macon will challenge Southern Boone at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Salisbury, they will take on North Shelby at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
