Horizon Christian Academy entered their tilt with Fideles Christian on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Fideles Christian Rangers by a score of 52-41. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 74-65 victory the Rangers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.

Fideles Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Hudson Blackstock and Xander Lipinski. Blackstock posted 11 points and seven rebounds, while Lipinski went 7 of 15 on his way to 16 points. Lipinski's evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Horizon Christian Academy pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Fideles Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Horizon Christian Academy and Fideles Christian could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Horizon Christian Academy (ranked 270th) will meet The Grace Christian Academy (ranked 96th) at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Fideles Christian (ranked 422nd) will meet The King's Academy (ranked 157th) at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
