Lillian Mcdaniel Goes Supernova in Granite Bay Win

Starting off the list is Granite Bay's Lillian McDaniel, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. McDaniel threw for 203 yards and four touchdowns while completing 74.2% of her passes, and also rushed for 88 yards on only nine carries.

The victory (which was Granite Bay's third in a row) raised their record to 9-6. McDaniel and Granite Bay will venture away from home to challenge Folsom at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Whitney Gets a Boost from Im in 31-0 Win

Lulu Im put up the most rushing yards she's had since back in September on Thursday. She threw for 105 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 58 yards on only six carries.

Im must have Folsom's number; she was a force to be reckoned with the last time she faced them too. Im threw for 126 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 49 yards the last time she and the Bulldogs duked it out back in September.

Oak Ridge Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Ava Edwards

Ava Edwards was instrumental in extending Oak Ridge's winning streak to seven on Wednesday. Del Oro had no answer to Edwards as she picked up 20 receiving yards.

Oak Ridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Edwards and Oak Ridge are taking a road trip to challenge Davis Sr. at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

A Season-Best Effort from Alexa Randall Leads St. Francis over Del Oro

On Thursday, St. Francis had to settle for second even though Alexa Randall put up the best numbers she has all season. Randall made five total tackles and defended two passes in addition to snagging an interception which she returned one-yard for a touchdown.

St. Francis is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14. Randall and St. Francis will welcome Whitney at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Teaupa Made Her Presence Known in Granite Bay's 25-12 Victory

The second Granite Bay player making an appearance here is Leilani Teaupa, and for good reason. She picked up 37 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 55 yards on only six carries.

Teaupa is probably looking forward to her next game, a home matchup against Folsom on Thursday. When Teaupa last faced the Bulldogs back in September, she rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
