Flag Football Game Preview: Denver South Ravens vs. Legend Titans

The Denver South Ravens will head out to take on the Legend Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Denver South is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games.

Denver South had to skate by with only a one-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 27-point drubbing they dealt Rangeview on Tuesday. The Ravens simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Raiders 33-6. The Ravens might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Legend faced The Classical Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. Legend came out on top against The Classical Academy by a score of 35-25. Legend's victory was all the more impressive since The Classical Academy was averaging only 14.38 points allowed on the season.

Legend didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Noelle Ho and Rhya Matoush. Matoush got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Denver South's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Legend, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.
