Nolan George put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Pewamo-Westphalia is 8-2 when he allows at most one walk, but 8-12 otherwise.

Looking ahead, George and Pewamo-Westphalia will take on Laingsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
