Soccer Game Preview: Bishop Snyder vs. Trinity Christian Academy

The Bishop Snyder Cardinals will face off against the Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Bishop Snyder's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed back in December of 2024. Everything went their way against First Coast as Bishop Snyder made off with an 8-0 victory. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by six goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting First Coast from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Alyssa Ang led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trinity Christian Academy). They blew past University Christian 3-0 on Monday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Conquerors' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 455th, while the Christians are ranked 196th).

Bishop Snyder has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-2-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those four games. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-6-1.
