Softball Recap: Adams City Eagles vs. Vista PEAK Prep Bison

Adams City won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They lost 17-5 to the Vista PEAK Prep Bison. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 14-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2022.

Karyme Martinez was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.
