Volleyball Game Preview: Oakmont Vikings vs. Bear River Bruins + How To Watch

Oakmont is 0-3 against Bear River since September of 2024 but things could change on Thursday. The Vikings will take on the Bruins at 6:30 p.m.

Oakmont lost 3-0 to Colfax on Tuesday.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 28-26, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Bear River came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Indians.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bear River took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-11.

Oakmont's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Bear River, their win bumped their record up to 31-6.

Oakmont might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Bear River when the teams last played back in September. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
