Soccer Recap: Milford Central Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Milford Central was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Morris Central Mustangs by a score of 2-1. Milford Central were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Morris Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Milford Central's goal came courtesy of Aidan Mertz, who's now up to four this season.

Milford Central now has a losing record of 2-3-1.

Looking ahead, Milford Central will square off against Unatego/Franklin at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Morris Central, they will host Schenevus Central at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
