Reece Whitman Earns League's Top Spot
 Starting off the list is Scranton's  Reece Whitman, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Whitman rushed for 65 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 56 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 Scranton's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 5-2. They and North Pocono are set to duel  on Friday.

Nick Kucharski Delivers Electric  Effort Vs North Pocono
  Nick Kucharski was instrumental in extending Valley View's winning streak to six on Friday. Kucharski was dynamite, rushing for 67 yards and a touchdown, while also picking up 37 receiving yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D,  picking up  a  sack, making five total tackles,  and defending a pass.
 Valley View pushed their record up to 6-1 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Kucharski and Valley View will challenge Delaware Valley at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Memphis Shotto Makes It Two for Scranton
 The second Scranton player making an appearance here is  Memphis Shotto, and for good reason. He picked up 133 receiving yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 74 yards.
 On the year,  Shotto  has caught  those 1 touchdown while averaging 40.7 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 14.71  receiving yards per game.

Delaware Valley Wins Third-Straight Thanks to  Michael Iuzzolino
  Michael Iuzzolino's big game helped extend Delaware Valley's winning streak to three on Saturday. Iuzzolino was dynamite, making six total tackles.
 On the year,  Iuzzolino  has averaged 5.7 total tackles per game.

Gavin Anders Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 Abington Heights came up short  on Friday despite  Gavin Anders delivering his best game to date. Anders picked up 68 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Abington Heights now  has a losing record at 3-4. Anders and Abington Heights will be playing in front of their home fans against Wallenpaupack Area  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
