If Kali wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Meade River, they should've done a better job of containing Sarah Bodfish. The Eagles claimed a resounding 56-24 victory over the Wolverines with plenty of help from Bodfish, who posted 31 points. Her big performance that morning made it eight games in a row in which she has scored at least 17 points.

The win made it two in a row for Meade River and bumps their season record up to 10-7. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 47 points in those games. As for Kali, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Meade River is set to take on their familiar foe Alak at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Kali will challenge rival Nunamiut at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday.
