St. Bonaventure has gone 6-0-1 against Foothill Tech recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Seraphs will host the Dragons at 4:00 p.m. St. Bonaventure's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Foothill Tech's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

St. Bonaventure will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Grace, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Seraphs walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Lancers on Saturday.

St. Bonaventure saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zac Broberg, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run. Lukas Devericks also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Meanwhile, Foothill Tech fell victim to Thousand Oaks and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Dragons' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Foothill Tech's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for St. Bonaventure, they now have a winning record of 14-13.

Foothill Tech's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Monday. St. Bonaventure has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.7 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Foothill Tech, though, as they've been averaging only 3.8 strikeouts. Will St. Bonaventure keep running through batters, or will the Dragons buck the trend?

St. Bonaventure came out on top in a nail-biter against Foothill Tech when the teams last played back in April, sneaking past 4-3. Will the Seraphs repeat their success, or do the Dragons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
