Make it 13 blowout wins for the Falcon Christian Academy Warriors this season. They really took it to Heritage Christian Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a 82-46 victory at home. The victory was just what Falcon Christian Academy needed coming off of a 88-64 loss in their prior contest.
Jordan McMillian was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with nine assists and five steals. He has been hot recently, having posted eight or more assists the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Dre Glenn, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds.
Heritage Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cody Buetow, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryce Anderson, who scored ten points.
Falcon Christian Academy pushed their record up to 14-1 with that victory, which was their 14th straight at home. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 45.21 points. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
Falcon Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Thomas Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Thomas Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four contests. As for Heritage Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
