Baseball Recap: Northeast Takes a Loss

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Northeast was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 20-2 to the Southern Lab Kittens. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Kittens recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1. As for Southern Lab, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.

Northeast has already played their next contest (against White Castle), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Southern Lab, they will square off against Woodlawn-B.R. at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodlawn-B.R. has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.67 runs per game on average), something Southern Lab will no doubt try to take advantage of.
