It's playoff time, and Northwest Rankin had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Tupelo Golden Wave with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Tupelo with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sarahkate Foreman, Tatum Johnston, and Zoey Brown.

The victory was the 13th in a row for Northwest Rankin, bringing their record for this year to 23-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those 13 games. As for Tupelo, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-4.

As of now, neither Northwest Rankin nor Tupelo have any future games scheduled.
