Basketball Game Preview: Holton Wildcats vs. Nemaha Central Thunder

The Holton Wildcats will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Nemaha Central Thunder at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Last Tuesday, Holton ended up a good deal behind Silver Lake and lost 67-50.

Korben Fox put forth a good effort for the losing side as he posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Peek, who had ten points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, Nemaha Central humbled Hanover with a 64-32 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunder.

Nemaha Central's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Holton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Holton might still be hurting after the 54-32 loss they got from Nemaha Central in their previous meeting back in February. Can Holton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
