After a string of 15 wins, Brookwood's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They lost 59-35 to the Florida State University High School Seminoles. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Iyran Francis was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds for Florida State University High School. That's the most points Francis has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Iean Allen, who posted 11 points and seven boards.

Brookwood's loss ended a 14-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 21-2. As for Florida State University High School, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-5.
