Basketball Recap: St. Clair Comes Up Short

St. Clair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a hard 48-32 fall against the Hermann Bearcats. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 359th, while the Bearcats are ranked 88th).

St. Clair's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Hermann, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

St. Clair has already played their next matchup (against DeSoto), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hermann didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-32 win against North Callaway on the 16th.
