Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grace Christian). They blew past the Cornerstone Christian Cougars 56-36 on Thursday. The Warriors pushed the score to 48-27 by the end of the third, a deficit the Cougars cut but never quite recovered from.

Grace Christian had a senior duo take command as Aubrey Greenmun dropped a double-double on 29 points and ten rebounds and Kaitlyn Harper posted 17 points in addition to eight steals and six boards. That makes it five consecutive games in which Greenmun has scored at least a third of Grace Christian's points. Graycie Kincheloe was another key player, putting up two points and seven assists.

Grace Christian is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Cornerstone Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Grace Christian has already played their next match, a 43-28 loss against Bath County on the 17th.
