Volleyball Recap: Royal Valley Panthers vs. Beloit Trojans
Royal Valley and Beloit squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Royal Valley had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beloit Trojans. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2019.

Kailyn Follis was the offensive standout of the game as she had 15 digs.

Royal Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Nemaha Central on the 1st. Beloit has also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Halstead on the 1st.
