Softball Recap: Terre Haute North Vigo Snags 11th Win in Last 13 Games

There's no place like home for Terre Haute North Vigo, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Clay City Eels 6-5. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Kyleigh Walker was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over 6.2 innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off eight hits. Walker was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run and one double.
