Recap: Seton Conquistadors vs. Fredericksburg Christian Eagles
In what's become a running theme this season, the Seton Conquistadors gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They breezed by Fredericksburg Christian on the road to the tune of 62-35. Given Seton's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while Fredericksburg Christian is ranked 127th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
When it comes to explaining why Fredericksburg Christian lost, one person who can't be blamed is Cameron Deveau. Despite the final result, he scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Seton's win bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Fredericksburg Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.
Seton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-36 victory vs. The Covenant on the 8th. Fredericksburg Christian has also already played their next contest, a 69-50 victory against Immanuel Christian on the 8th.
