South Lafourche had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Terrebonne Tigers , sneaking past 3-2. For the Tarpons, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 loss the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

South Lafourche was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-17, 23-25, 25-17, 15-10.
