Softball Recap: Brookwood Falcons vs. New Lisbon Rockets
Brookwood had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over the New Lisbon Rockets. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by six runs or more this season.

Mallory Wallace made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Wallace was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with four RBI and one run. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Emily Cunitz was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That double marked the first that she has hit this season. Molly Hansen was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
