Softball Recap: Memorial Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Memorial was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 15-1 to the Jackson-Milton Bluejays. If the Red Devils were looking for revenge after losing 22-1 to the Bluejays when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Memorial now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Jackson-Milton, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Memorial beat Jackson-Milton by a score of 6-5 later that day.
