Soccer Recap: Greensburg's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

After flying high against Union County on Saturday, Greensburg came back down to earth. The Pirates fell just short of the Indian Creek Braves by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The loss put an end to Greensburg's undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Greensburg fell to 3-1. As for Indian Creek, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Greensburg and Indian Creek will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Pirates are set to take on their familiar foe Batesville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Indian Creek will face off against rival Speedway at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
