Basketball Recap: Dalton Academy Takes a Loss

Dalton Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a blow against the Gordon Central Warriors, falling 79-42. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pumas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-31 last Thursday.

Dalton Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-21. As for Gordon Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-8.

While Dalton Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
