Volleyball Recap: Dacula Comes Up Short

It was a Battle of the Birds when Dacula duked it out with Collins Hill on Wednesday. The Falcons fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 last Tuesday.

Abby Kim had a dynamite game For Collins Hill., getting 25 digs and four assists. That's the most digs Kim has posted over her last six matchups.

Dacula has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-21 record this season. As for Collins Hill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-19 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. After both having extra time off, Dacula and Richmond Hill will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Collins Hill, they will venture away from home to face off against Lowndes on Tuesday.
