Volleyball Recap: Cheney Tech Comes Up Short

Cheney Tech extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 13 on Saturday, dropping them down to 0-10. They lost 3-0 to the Windham RVT Mighty Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mighty Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 3rd.

As for Windham RVT, they now have a winning record of 5-4. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

Howlett-Reynolds Lily was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had ten digs and five aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last seven matches.

Cheney Tech has already played their next contest (against Kaynor RVT), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Windham RVT, they will face off against Bolton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
