Soccer Recap: Heritage Triumphs

Heritage proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by four) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let the Wakefield Wolverines get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The win continues a trend for Heritage in their matchups with Wakefield: they've now won nine in a row.

Heritage's one-goal win came courtesy of Landry Boyles, who's now up to 16 this season.

Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 12-1-6. As for Wakefield, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-9-3.

Coming up, Heritage will challenge Wake Forest on Thursday. Wake Forest will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Heritage surely won't give up without a fight. Wakefield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
