After only two runs in their last matchup, Summerfield made sure to put some runs up on the board against Booker T. Washington-Shreveport on Tuesday. The Rebels blew past the Lions 15-0. The Rebels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by six runs or more this season.

Adisyn Brown and Aniston Cupp did most of the damage at the plate: Brown scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances, while Cupp scored two runs while going 2-for-2. What's more, Cupp posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in March. Akeirah Jones was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Summerfield's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Booker T. Washington-Shreveport, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.

As of now, neither Summerfield nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
