Volleyball Recap: LaMoille Comes Up Short

LaMoille was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Serena Huskers. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Huskers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-12.

LaMoille's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Serena, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3-1.

Looking ahead, LaMoille will be taking part in a tournament against Midland at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Serena, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against LaMoille/Ohio on the 11th.
