Soccer Recap: Epiphany Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Epiphany was not quite Gramercy Christian's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2. Leighton Dorn is probably feeling rather frustrated with he team right now: they lost despite he posting three goals.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Epiphany will take on Arendell Parrott Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Epiphany will be up against Arendell Parrott Academy's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.4 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Gramercy Christian, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Trinity Christian at 4:00 p.m. This will be Gramercy Christian's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
