Smithville's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mikayla Wall, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds. Isabelle Summerford was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Houlka has yet to win a match at home this season, leaving them with a 0-5 record. As for Smithville, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
Houlka will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Calhoun City at 6:00 p.m. Calhoun City knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three games -- so hopefully Houlka likes a good challenge. As for Smithville, they will head out on the road to face off against Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
