Volleyball Recap: Palmview Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

Palmview won the last time they faced Nixon and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lobos came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1.

Palmview walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 17-25, 25-22.

Miley Zieske paced Palmview's offense, picking up 19 kills. Zieske got some help from Valeria Gauna and her 32 assists.

Palmview pushed their record up to 14-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Nixon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-13.

Palmview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Rio Grande City on the 6th. As for Nixon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Mission Veterans Memorial on the 9th.
