Basketball Recap: Eagle Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Eagle lost against Middleton back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs fell 52-41 to the Vikings. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

David Salisbury was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 19 points and ten boards for Middleton. The team also got some help courtesy of Tye Cornwall, who posted 12 points and four steals.

Eagle now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Middleton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Eagle will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Meridian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Middleton, they have already played their next game, a 72-68 victory against Rocky Mountain on the 13th.
