Volleyball Recap: Satanta Comes Up Short

Satanta was the 2-0 winner over South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots on Saturday.

Leading South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] to victory were Brielle Bond and Eliana Gutierrez. Bond had seven digs and three aces, while Gutierrez had six digs and two aces. The dominant performance also gave Bond a new career-high in assists (eight).

Satanta's loss dropped their record down to 6-14-2. As for South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett], they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
