Fayette Academy came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Adamsville Cardinals 64-37. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fayette Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Corbin Bowling, who posted 13 points in addition to seven assists and six steals. Those seven assists gave Bowling a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Zane Pike, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 boards.

Fayette Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points per game. As for Adamsville, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fayette Academy will head out to square off against Northpoint Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Fayette Academy is facing Northpoint Christian at the right time seeing as Northpoint Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Adamsville, they will venture away from home to take on Clarksburg at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th.
