Basketball Game Preview: Mount Paran Christian Eagles vs. Galloway Scots

Having just played yesterday, the Mount Paran Christian Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Galloway Scots at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Mount Paran Christian is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Friday, Mount Paran Christian came up short against King's Ridge Christian and fell 82-74. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (59), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Galloway played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Walker, falling 74-42. The Scots were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-10.

The loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 5-5. As for Galloway, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Mount Paran Christian skirted past Galloway 39-37 in their previous meeting back in November of 2019. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mount Paran Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
