Volleyball Game Preview: Parker Broncs vs. ALA - Anthem South Titans

The Parker Broncs will head out to challenge the ALA - Anthem South Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Parker will be strutting in after a victory while ALA - Anthem South will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Parker was able to grind out a solid win over BASIS Phoenix, taking the game 3-1.

Meanwhile, ALA - Anthem South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of San Tan Charter. While the Titans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Roadrunners 25-17 in the first set.

ALA - Anthem South started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-7, 25-16, 25-21.

Parker's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for ALA - Anthem South, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.

Everything went Parker's way against ALA - Anthem South when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Parker made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
